Damage due to shipping
Refuse any item that has visible damage to the item. Inspect all items before signing for delivery. All shipping damages must be submitted by email, phone or fax within 24 hours of receiving your product. Harlan Fairbanks is not responsible or liable for any damages that occur through shipping. Customer must contact UPS to inspect damaged goods. (800-PICK-UPS) UPS will need to have the tracking number of the damaged item. Use of the machine voids all claim of damage to the machine. Do not discard the original packaging and box that item was shipped in. Trucking damage should be noted on bill of lading upon delivery if you are going to accept the item. Inspect all items before signing for any delivery. Refuse any item that has visable damage to the item. If item is signed without notation of any damage shippers liability is transfered to you.
