A stainless steel body with rounded corners and black thermoset plastic top and bottom give them a clean look. An adjustable thermostat with degree markings and a water bath design keep cheese at the perfect serving temperature. Additional features include a water fill line to eliminate overfilling and a new "Power On" light.
Stainless steel pump assemblies work with fingertip ease - with no dripping. Plus, investment cast valve bodies and welded joints offer more corrosion resistance and durability. The maximum stroke yields a 1-oz. (30 mL) serving. As with all Server pumps, gauging collars are provided to reduce portions in 1/4-oz. (7 mL) increments.
For added versatility, an optional magnetic sign of cheese nachos can be placed on three sides to merchandise and stimulate sales. Add CHSE suffix to include magnetic sign when ordering.
